How do I contact customer support?
All you need to do to contact us is email us at support@algarveseoservices.com and we aim to answer all emails within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
How do I order a package?
All you need to do is email us with your package choice and we will send you the payment details for your in payment. As soon as payment has been received we will start your package that day, emailing you your customer number and your report will be sent within 24 hours of completion of your package.
How do I pay?
We have 3 ways for you to pay for your packages. You can pay by your Paypal account, by Western Union and by bank transfer. We also accept certain e-currencies (Pecunix & C-gold). For bank transfers payments must be made in EUR. For payments in other currencies that day's exchange rate will be used to convert to EUR as per www.xe.com
Why are entries over months rather than days?
The reason that the submissions are done over months is that this builds up slow growth of your advertising and business, in the search engine's eyes. This helps your page ranking as it is a steadier and continuous growth and this is looked for by search engines.
What happens if I want to cancel my package?
All you need to do is email us to cancel your package, stating your customer number (given at the start of the package, your url and name. We will stop work on your submissions and send you the report of details that we have done. If there is less than half the package completed we will refund 15% of the package price.
